Jay Scrupps
Owner
Born and raised in the Odessa area, Jay has been farming for nearly 40 years. Having an irrigated wheat/potato/hay farm, Jay understands best as anyone the importance of having a good, reliable water source to help keep your crops healthy and your business successful. Understanding the farmers position when in need of water for the crops is at utmost importance to Jay!
Ryan Scrupps
Driller, Owner
Also born and raised in Odessa, Ryan graduated from Whitworth College in 2008. After college, Ryan farmed with his dad, Jay until he joined the Marine Corps. In 2013, Ryan and his family moved back to Odessa to farm. Ryan, also a farmer understands the need for dependable water. Ryan will be doing most of the scheduling for the upcoming drilling.

Owner
Married to Ryan, Kelsey is the bookkeeper for their farm and drilling company. Kelsey looks forward to providing friendly customer service and answering any questions related to billing or scheduling.
